We will take your picture during the seminar for the Photo Roster that will be distributed to all attendees.

Your personal information is used for badging, for catering preparation, to produce name tents and create Strategy Teams. It is used to schedule daily transportation to and from the seminar and to evening events and to create a Photo Roster that will be shared with attendees. Photos of the week will be shared with attendees in a PowerPoint presentation and on our website in the photo gallery. If you would like to verify, correct, delete and/or block the use of your personal information or if you have questions or concerns about this Policy please contact APSregistration@boeing.com.

 

How long will we retain your information?

We will retain your information for 1 year to use as a planning tool for future seminars. We may display pictures in the Photo Gallery or other places on the website.

 

Where will we keep your information?

We will store your personal information on an secure internal site, except for pictures that are posted in our Photo Gallery on the Airline Planning Seminar website. We will keep pictures for 1 year and will rotate pictures in the Photo Gallery.

 

When would we disclose your information?

We do not rent, sell or trade any personally identifiable information about you (for example, e-mail addresses) to third parties.

 

Is my personal data transmitted internationally?

By visiting this site and communicating electronically with us, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data to the United States.
