Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the two hotels listed below for your convenience. To get group contracted rates: Please indicate that you will be attending the Airline Planning Seminar at Boeing when making your reservation. The Seattle Sheraton hotel is in greater proximity to tourist destinations, restaurants, and entertainment. The Larkspur Landing hotel is in closer proximity to the site of the seminar and is about a 25 minute ride from downtown Seattle.

November Hotel Reservations
Rooms can be reserved at the contracted rates for the week of the seminar and for the weekend prior to and after the seminar if desired. To accommodate your travel needs, click on the registration link for the hotel of your choice to make your reservation. Check-in is 3:00 PM, but as rooms become available, you may be able to check in earlier.

If you prefer to stay at a hotel other than one of the contracted group rate hotels, please contact APSregistration@boeing.com for information. Daily transportation to and from the Airline Planning Seminar will only be available from the Sheraton and the Larkspur Landing.
Transportation
To/from Sea-Tac Airport: Transportation between the airport and the hotel is available via Shuttle Express 24 hrs./day. You may contact Shuttle Express in advance by phone at (800) 324-9227, (425) 981-7000 or online at www.shuttleexpress.com to make arrangements for your arrival or departure. Following arrival and baggage claim at SeaTac Airport, proceed to the parking garage via the sky bridge level, go down one floor to the third level and follow the signage to their check-in desk at the ground transportation center at mid-terminal.

To/from the Seminar and Seminar Events: Daily transportation between the contracted hotels and the seminar will be provided by Boeing. Please check with the front desk when you arrive for directions to where you should meet the bus. Boeing transportation will return you to the hotel each afternoon and after evening events. The Boeing bus has a "Boeing VIP Coach" sign located on the front for easy identification. Our bus drivers can also be readily identified by their red Boeing shirts.

Transportation will be provided by Boeing to and from only the contracted hotels. If you choose to stay near one of the contracted hotels you may walk over and catch the bus to Boeing each day. Otherwise, you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation.
